1. Sessions (1-on-1)
Cancellations & rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email — no questions asked. If eligible for a refund, it will be issued minus any transaction fees incurred by the payment processor.
No-shows
If you don't show up without prior notice, the session is considered completed. No refund will be issued.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. You may request to reschedule once as a courtesy.
If Isabel cancels
You'll receive a full refund or a rescheduled session — your choice.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.
- You keep full access until the end of your billing period, even after cancelling.
- To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
- Manage or cancel anytime via the link in the website footer.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. bebob never stores your card information. For Wise or Interac e-Transfer, your session is reserved but only confirmed once payment is received.
4. Privacy
- We collect your name and email to manage bookings and app access.
- bebob does not sell or share your information with third parties. However, payment processors such as Stripe, Wise, and Interac e-Transfer have their own privacy policies — we encourage you to review them directly.
